The principals of EQUITY SOUTH have successfully invested in and/or served as senior management of businesses in industries including manufacturing, service, software, and franchising. EQUITY SOUTH typically pursues investments in businesses which have revenues ranging from $5 million to $50 million, but will opportunistically evaluate opportunities that are smaller or larger based on the characteristics of the individual transaction and potential for appropriate risk adjusted returns.
